Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- United States: 6–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Comfy Sketches is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [comfysketch@gmail.com] before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
